Primarily, Kling Academy is intended to act as a collective name for our internal educations and lectures. However, we also offer our tailor-made training externally.
We have over 20 years of experience in training sales people in leadership, sales technology and personal development. The focus is on the connection between the head and the body and how one can use new routines to use physical and mental techniques to succeed with one’s personal goals.
We offer lectures on how to concretely set reasonable and measurable goals and how to take these from theory to practice. We believe that much of one’s results sprout from motivation and job satisfaction and also have extensive experience of how to create the best possible conditions for success yourself!
Regarding the actual course offering, we hold courses both in sales and how you as a leader create success with your own sales staff. In terms of sales technique, we focus on first impressions, demonstration technique, idea & function and closing technique.
Everyone’s life situation looks different and we believe that it is possible to find a balance in life regardless of the conditions.
We believe in being active, living life, discovering things and not letting things stand in the way of our own dreams.
