By popular demand: Sekina Kling

Sekina Kling is the female half of the Kling Group owners. So far in the blog, we have focused quite a lot on the other half, Fredrik Kling, but now voices have been raised to know more about the industry’s most skilled sales woman.

Fredrik and Sekina have been life partners and worked together for a long time and it’s obvious why, when you see them together. They radiate so much warmth and love for each other and complement each other incredibly well both personally and professionally. Now is the time to highlight this professional-looking, charismatic, soft yet tough woman, to hear a little more about how she looks at life, leadership and the construction of the Kling Group.

Sekina has an ability to live in the moment and focus entirely on what she has in the agenda for the moment. The communication therefore becomes sporadic and often via email or SMS, to not steal focus from the planned activity.
We still managed in the nick of time to set up an interview, Please enjoy!

What are your personal ambitions with the Kling Group?

– My ambitions with Kling Group is that ultimately become the largest in the Nordic region. Not only for the cause was, but to fulfill my great dream. I have visions that we should be sufficiently large and self-propelled that I do not need on a daily basis in the actual control, but I can get the opportunity to work with the charity on a higher level. With charity I really mean that I want to find ways and means so that I can help other people to help themselves!

We have already made a large number of charitable projects in the Kling Group and there are many reasons for this. We want to ensure that all personel really have the opportunity to feel what it’s like to help someone for real. Sekina is the real driving force behind this important ambition of the Kling Group and always try to find new areas we can contribute to.

Why does the Kling Group do so many charity projects?

– We often forget to be thankful for everything we have and when you help others, you feel incredibly good. It helps me to pause and be grateful for everything I have in my life. Most people who work with us have been doing very well and everyone can give something back to those who have it worse. I usually say that not everyone can do everything but everyone can do something. I believe that it really feels great to help others, so that they can feel good as well and develop. This brings in an incredible amount of energy back, so really, it’s selfish to help others!

What is most important to become a good leader according to you?

– First, and perhaps most important is to really care properly about your employees. We must dare to make demands and believe in people, get them to grow, by your faith in their qualities and in this way to get them to believe in themselves.
– Everyone has both good and less good properties and if you look at each individual’s unique characteristics you can help them by developing their positive sides, to make them grow.
-If you choose to focus on the positive things that are, instead of the bad things, this allows the positive side do become larger and then remove the negative. I think that the basis of all life is energy, If you always try to create positive energy, you get so much synergy effects from this!

How to create a good corporate culture, according to you?

-Communication Is the key to everything, and we have since the start been very transparent, honest, open and engaging in our communication. Our first employes took this to heart and this has spread further automatically in the organization.
– We also have telephone meetings with the entire company every Monday morning where we go through the next week, any important information and allows talented people to share their knowledge with the group. That way, everyone can get important information relevant for the coming work week and it is also very good for promoting fellowship. We have an established procedure to cooperate, and all employees help each other with tips on products, customers, or procedures that can help everyone forward. In this way, we have created a very positive environment!

You give an incredible amount of energy to your employees. Many call you when they have had a bad day, when there is adversity or when they need a boost. How are you building your own energy?

– For me it is incredibly important to take time for yourself. I get up at 05.00 and meditates every morning and can look inward and prepare for the day. Fredrik is of course my big inspiration and beacon that I look up to and always want to discuss important decisions with. Training is also incredibly important, and of course family time.
– I live in the present, and always try to be where I am right now. I push away everything else and exist just where I am at the moment. Then I can deliver on the subject at hand and not worry so much about any problems. Instead I try taking on one thing at a time. I love to live and for me it is very important to enjoy quality more then quantity. I am so incredibly grateful for the life I have. I work hard but I have so much frun in the process that it really is not a job but a lifestyle to pursue the success of the Kling Group!

How to become a good sales person?

– First of all you see to get me as a leader, then you listen to what I say and do not cheat with what I expect! Jokes aside, one must understand the importance of preparing themselves and you have to decide that you really want to be good at this. Also, of course, you need to be prepared that it is hard to be the best at your work, no matter what line of business you do.
– To become a good sales person is very hard without a capable leader and a genuine will to succeed. I also believe in good energy, positivity and that you sell your personality rather than a product. For me it is important to highlight what makes each person unique, not how to do things. You should get them to be themselves and show what great personalities they have.

Besides sales and leadership, what are your other priorities at the Kling Group?

– I am traveling with my vendors at least 3 days a week and the rest of the time is spent on product development, supplier meetings, accounting, billing, and design work. Right now we have a great integration of our CRM system and our business that takes a lot of time. Since we started the Kling Group, I have spent many and long evenings at the kitchen table with work. This is a lifestyle and I love what I’m doing!

Fredrik & Linnea Kling in Asia

Anyone who has worked hard and focused to reach a target know that nothing comes for free. Sacrifice and discipline are required if you really want to be successful with your dreams and goals. At the Kling Group, our goal is to be the biggest company in the industry before 2020, which everyone who follows the blog already knows.

The Kling Group is my work related life goal that I set up together with my wife Sekina, while my family is more important than everything else, and the meaning of life. The family is the basic foundation on which everything is based, much like the foundation of a house. Without a safe and stable basis, you risk the whole house to collapse after a while. In the same way I look at my family. So how do we then combine the life long project that is the Kling Group and at the same time nourish and take care of the family as the base?

In our case, we have solved it by engaging our children in the company. Not that they must somehow be involved, but by making them curious, involved and ultimately committed. They have participated in some parts of the conferences and leadership meetings but also actively helped with various easier chores in the office. Obviously the kids still think that mom and dad sometimes work too much but they are much more keen to understand what is happening around our work and why.

I sat at the dinner table and planned a longer trip in Asia. The idea was to meet both existing suppliers as well as some exciting new contacts. Suddenly it struck me that perhaps my daughter Linnea would want to come along! It would be good for her English language skills and me and Linnea would get lots of father-daughter time. From a crazy idea to action mode we moved quickly and started planning for perhaps our life’s journey. The preparations was about everything from talking to Linnea’s school to arrange a visa for both of us, booking all flights and connections, and determine all meetings with our suppliers.

On Tuesday last week, we set of to Asia, in front of us we had 25 hours of delightful journey. You could say that you get to know each other during such extreme conditions. It turned out pretty quickly that both I and Linnea deal with hunger and fatigue less good. Our common reaction was acidity. The journey was an ordeal in itself, but we managed to hold together surprisingly well. Arriving in Shanghai we had to check in and then eat dinner there. Linnea set a new record with eating13 pieces of sushi and soon everything was great again!

On the morning of the following day we went to visit the first suppliert. They were really nice and picked us up at the hotel to go to their office and factory. We had an excellent meeting that generated several exciting product ideas. The week continued with a number of supplier meetings in Shanghai and then it was off to Taiwan to meet with even more vendors. We were met at all times by an incredible hospitality and great smiles mixed with fascination that I traveled together with with my daughter Linnea on this kind of trip. When we left one of the suppliers, five people stood and waved to us and took pictures. To be personal is our way to work and do business.

We were involved in several exciting events in our travels. The most fearsome was a trip with a taxi driver in Shanghai that seemed to have the life goal to scare swedish passengers to death! Another day when we got to the train station in Taipei, very early one morning to take the high speed train to the other side of the Taiwan, we realized that I had booked our tickets for the wrong day. As a supplement, we had gone so early from the hotel that we had no time to eat breakfast and noticed too late that their Seven Eleven did not accept credit cards. We were also a number of “culinary” experiences that meant that both I and Linnea needed to leave our nutritional comfort zone 🙂

In summary, it has been a fantastic journey with incredible memories. The Kling Group has further strengthened its ties with important future partners. Linnea has been brilliant with both his English skills and especially with his personality. Her charm has completely disarmed all suppliers in all our discussions and negotiations. She is and will be a super seller of rank and all industry colleagues who follow the blog, I can tell that she already has signed a lifetime contract with the Kling Group.

Have a great Easter! Follow your dreams and do not forget the most important thing is the family!

One year anniversary

Early morning March 2, 2015 I was wandering around in my house, filled with anticipation. I was both excited and terrified at the same time as I went through the day’s agenda for the hundredth time, looked through all the collection bags and checked that everything was ready to go. This day we started this lifelong commitment for real, that would change my own and Sekina’s life forever.

After a moment, the doorbell rang and the first sales representatives arrived to the Kling Group’s first conference. I sensed tense expectation among all the participants. How would it be? What products would they sell? Why do we have a frog logo? There were more questions than answers!

When I was standing in my living room before our first five employers I proudly revealed that our goal was to become the largest company in the business before the end of 2020, you could hear a pin drop. This crazy thought has now become our common truth and everything we do in the Kling Group gets us closer to this goal! We really believe that anything can actually happen only you believe in what you do and work enough on it.

The actual sales in Kling Cordena started on the 4th of March. Therese Bergholtz in Gothenburg was the sales woman who took the first historic order at the Kling Group and the rest is history.

The first period from March to June was a period where we built the fundaments of the company. In the fall, we put in the next gear. The focus then was on recruitment, product development and above all the construction of subsidiary number two, Sortina. The year ended with sales figures well over budget and with good profitability, which we needed to be able to reinvest in future brands.

January-February 2016, we follow our plan to double our sales compared to 2015. The new sellers have started in an amazing way, and I am incredibly proud of the commitment that exists throughout the company. Both sales staff, managers and office staff has an unmatched desire to really work together and help each other to build the brand and the company. The Kling Group is not a “one man show”, rather we build the entire company on participation, enjoyment and the common will to evolve.

When I now on the 1-year anniversary summarizes the situation, we are today over 20 sellers in the company, has operations in two countries, three brands under the Kling Group and an impending move to new larger premises. I am extremely happy and proud over this developments we have made in just one year!

Now we are approaching spring and the sun comes out more and more. We intend to continue this journey towards a brighter future with the ambition to offer our customers the industry’s best and brightest products and solutions for efficient working.
Sincerely,
Fredrik Kling

Time to move on!

The Kling Group started for real in March 2015 with five sales people and the first period of time was as exciting as it was tough. When we moved into our offices last spring it was with great joy and relief. Before the move, we had been conducting our business out of the Kling family’s garage. When we move into our new Headquarters we thought that we could not possibly do better. Our new premises was spacious, bright, fresh and had a comparatively good storage space, where we thought we would have plenty of room for a long time.

The selection process was quick when we chose the location for our headquarters. We really fell head over heels for the first venue we looked on properly. It was, however, on the other side of the house from where we sit now, with a big terrace, a n awesome view of the bay outside and above all it was twice as big as our present office space. We did not want to take this investment so close to the start of the company. Therefore, we chose a smaller office, with ample space given that we were completely new on the market.

This area has served us very well over the past nine months. We have housed all of our sales representatives during the conferences we have had so far without any problems. Now we really are getting to crowded with product stock and feel that we simply do not fit anymore. The construction of the dream venue has thus started!

The drawings are ready and approved. Workstations, meeting rooms, rest rooms, conference room, kitchen, social areas and of course the warehouse that is twice as large is all fitted on the blueprint in consultation with the architect. At this instance, the walls are being raised and we are seeing great progress every day. The warehouse  is expected to be completed by the end of March, which is really in the nick of time. We already have a dozen pallets that do not fit in our own storage space!

We have recruited more sales personel and have a number of new employees who has had great startups at the Kling Group. We thank these new colleagues for their fine dedication and willingness to evolve. Of course, we also need to credit much of this success to our talented leaders!

Soon we also need to hire new people on the office side. Our Office Manager Niclas has got a lot more to do regarding shipping products now when we have orders from both Cordena, Sortina and Cordena Norway. However, we have thought ahead and will soon be ready with the integration of the economy system and the CRM system so that the situation will be more manageable. We are buildning an efficient and smart organization and automate as much as possible of the administration and procedures. People are needed despite of this, and it will be exciting to see who gets the honor to jump on the faster than light moving Kling train!

Overall, we are really looking forward to move into our new HQ. We will of course show more when we are closer to the actual move. Hold out until then!

Personal development gives great results!

Our greatest asset is the people we work with and therefore we want to highlight those who do something extraordinary. A textbook example of this is Anna Fransson, our great sales leader in southern Sweden. Anna has been with the Kling Group since April and has made an incredible journey with us.

Anna, who has been working with direct sales for almost all her professional life, has a long history with both Fredrik and Sekina. Sekina as her closest manager and Frederick as her top manager of a former employer.

Since Anna began at the Kling Group, she has blossomed and really attained her true potential. She has had a fantastic development for us which really paid off! She was the first seller to join the 200K Club in the Kling Group and has steadily had an incredibly high and consistent level. She does wonders as a sales leader, is a popular lecturer and is fantastically good at what she does. To find out what drives Anna to regularly make such good results, we have taken the opportunity to interview her.

What is the best thing about your job?

The absolute best thing about this job is the amazing relationships you get with all the customers. It’s incredibly fun to build trust and friendship that generates a lot of laughter and interesting stories while actually still working. No day is ever the same but the joyous feeling is almost always the same.

What have you changed in your work routine since your last employer?

What I have changed since my last employment is above all that I am more effective during work hours and that I am using my hours to really do the job fully. In addition, I try to always think positive even when I encounter difficulties and choose to see the possibilities instead of the problems.

How do you plan your work week?

My work week is usually booked a couple of weeks back in time but before every week I prepare prospectsu to new potential customers that I should call in the coming week. I set a goal for each working day o prepare any co-travels with my sales people.

What’s the best thing about working at the Kling Group?

The best part of working at the Kling Group is to be a part of a company that is constantly looking to grow and develop. New exciting challenges is always welcomed and all of our employees has great opportunity to be able to influence both their own- and the future of the company. Also, I have great colleagues who really supports and cares about each other which really contributes to our fine team spirit.

What are your personal professional goals?

My goal for 2016-2017 is to continue to build my own sales team in my region. Getting the sharing of knowledge and experience is great fun and the feeling of getting another person to succeed is indescribable. What happens later is written in the stars but what is most important for me right now is to focus on creating a stable team where everyone is equally valued and important.

Why would you recommend your career choices to other people?

The answer’s simple! A more varied, challenging and fun job you simply can not have! Besides, we have the opportunity to influence our pay every month and you get paid for the time you invest. Another advantage is of course the possibility to develop and advance within the group. Are you willing to really focus on the task at hand, the possibilities are many.

What is your favorite product?

My favorite product is Pro Wipe, an amazing product that everyone really needs and that makes a big difference for customers. (Pro Wipe is a cleaning tissue that both cleans, disinfects and gives long term protection against microorganisms).

In summary, we naturally want to say a big thank you to Anna and her amazing dedication. We are incredibly excited to have such a nice colleague in the Kling Group!

Mr. Kling sums up January

Fredrik Kling’s summary of January

Initially, I want to tell you that the Kling Group’s journey to become the industry’s largest company in Scandinavia in 2020 continues with unchanged speed. During the month of January, we started selling products for our second subsidiary Kling Sortina. As in all start-ups, it’s been a lot of hard and focused work to get everything up and running. Everything from deciding the product concept and graphical profile, to find products that match the high standards we have in both function and design. Now when the collection grows, we feel a great joy and pride in how good the results are.

The sale has started and our northernmost sales rep Claes Oxelgren wrote the first historical order for Sortina. Both I and Sekina have been visiting our clients and presented products. The response is beyond all expectations, and the reception from customers has been amazing! (At the bottom of this post you can see why).

The basis of the Kling Group has always been the people. Obviously all the great customers, but also all those who have chosen to work with us in the company. In order to succeed in our goal to become the largest company in the industry we also need to have the industry’s best and most motivated leaders. We had our first leadership meeting in our home during the past weekend where we worked on plans and strategies for how we will succeed together with our ambitious objectives. We have built the foundation for a great leader organization!

At this writing, I sit on the plane home from Paper World in Germany. My mind is full of impressions and exciting new ideas while trying to fathom all new and interesting projects in the pipeline. We have had several interesting meetings with both existing suppliers and colleagues in the industry and promising new suppliers. A funny story came from a colleague / competitor in the industry at a Friday dinner. He told us that his neighbor just realized he had bought cleaning products from a competitor in the industry. Our dinner company asked what the company name was and the neighbor could not think of the name of the company but it was a frog on the products … Our humble colleague / competitor admitted that the recognition factor of our frog is a stroke of genius!

We are now in an expansive recruitment phase where we are during February has 5 highly skilled sales people who started with us. They are with us on an amazing journey that has just begun. They will have a buffet of opportunities when they are ready for the next step in their careers. Development is the big key word in this context.

Our journey to become the industry’s largest companies in 2020 continues and you as a reader of the blog will be able to follow us all the way there!

Kling Academy

We are proud of our mission and our concept, no doubt. We proceed from the best collection in the industry, that we market in our own way, through personal sales. To give our employees the best possible chance to succeed in this role we arrange ongoing training sessions and courses along with our sales team.

These courses are primarily aimed at teaching how to succeed with marketing from the ground up, but also how to develop as a person, both professionally and privately. Now that we’ve had some time to establish ourselves, it feels like a great opportunity to put reveal this new concept, Kling Academy.

Primarily it is thought to act as an umbrella for our internal courses and lectures. However, we consider ourselves very good at what we are doing, so it feels almost a bit rude not to let this knowledge to get outsiders to benefit. Therefore, we now offer customized lectures and courses externally. To define what we teach, we primarily woek in the segment sales, personal development and leadership. Focus will be on the connection between the body and the mind. We teach how new physical and mental techniques can give new routines to achieve personal goals.

This weekend we had our first real meeting under the Kling Academy flag, in the form of our first leader group meeting. During the past year, a number of people have taken a step forward and shown that they want to have more responsibility in the development of the Kling Group.  All participants have the ambition to become even better as leaders and lecturer, and now we lay the foundation for this, and of course, much more!

2016 – The year of the Frog

2015 was the year the tadpole hatched, crawled out of the pond and began it’s conquest in Sweden and Norway. 2016 is the year we will tighten our thigh muscles and jump further out in the world! We aim to at least double our turnover and to double our current staff in the Kling Group and its subsidiaries before the end of 2016. Our expansion rate so far has been as expected, although it has gone very quickly to get where we are today. To think that we a year ago only were two people with a dream and now we are 20+ people with even bigger dreams, however, exceeds all expectations!

The collection efforts on Kling Sortina, which we are launching at the end of January, is in full swing. We have a number of finished and delivered products and a large number of articles that are on it’s way to our warehouse. It is soon so full that we can not harbor more products, which resulted in the decision to get a new office with almost double the storage space!

We don’t have to move far though, since our new office is located on the same floor we are on now, but on the other side of the building with a fantastic view over the Salt Lake Marina and the bay beyond. We are in the midst of the architect work, with blueprints, planning of workplaces, kitchen, office environment and other more or less life-changing decision. One of the biggest benefits of the new office is the wonderful terrace facing the water, where we will most likely have most of our informal meetings, when the weather permits. We will of course tell you more about our lovely new premises in a later post towards spring time.

We are currently recruiting more sales personel for Sortina and Cordena and we are very glad to welcome five new employees who have already been hired. These five employees will start at the end of the month and we greet Jenny, Claes, Anjelica, Linda and Josefine to the Kling Group!

The coming quarter, we have a large number of trips planned. Our founders Fredrik and Sekina will be dashing around the world to make new contacts that can help us in the continued construction of the Kling Group. The first destination is the Paperworld Fair in Frankfurt. After that we have planned purchase-trips to Dubai, Shanghai, Taiwan, China and at the end of April we have a splendid exercise trip to Spain with the winners in last year´s sales competition.

We had our life’s most rewarding and enjoyable year in 2015. The upstart of the Kling Grouop has been fantastic, which makes us realize that nothing is impossible. We look forward to this year and will do our uttermost to both reach and surpass our goals!

Fredrik Kling summarizes the first year

A year ago, Me and my wife Sekina sat at our kitchen table and thought about how we could take the next step in our lives. The wish to develop and learn new things is a focus that we both share and we began to think about how it would be to start our own business. Would we dare to venture into the unknown and risk everything to follow our dream – to create your own business from the ground up with heart, quality and durability?

After many deep discussions, planning procedures and concept planning, we registered our company in January and a very busy period started where we started building our brands. We found the name, created the logo in the form of our dear frog, built the website, looked for the right suppliers and then built the foundation of the collection that would be the basis of our first sales company, Kling Cordena.

There were a few intense months at the beginning of the year, which then resulted in that we hired five brave sellers who were with us from the sales launch in March. Everything went very quickly, and many sales people did not even know what products they would sell when they came to our home on the Kling Group’s first conference. During the conference we received not only most of the products but also our new frog cars by a proud car dealer. These first sellers obviously have very different personalities but they all share the same feature that they believed in our idea and the business we decided to build. These five still works with us and has had a tremendous impact on what we are today, their job will never be forgotten!

During the spring we got access to our facilities in Saltsjöbaden, hired our Design Director Henrik and our Office Manager Niclas and adjacent to the summer’s first warm rays, we had suddenly morphed into something different than when we delivered the goods out of our garage. We put a lot of focus on further developing the product range, we began to profile ourselves in this amazing blog, we began to focus more on social media and Facebook and dared us to recruit even more salespeople.

The Fall season started with further recruitments and we simultaneously took the leap into the Norwegian market with a franchise concept unique for the industry. Each month we beat our sales record and the goals we set at the kitchen table to bet on this “all in” felt totally natural. We decided early on that we wanted to become the industry’s largest company before the end of 2020. We are obviously not there yet but can boast of being the industry’s fastest growing company by a broad margin.

As foundation for this assertion we have exceeded our sales budget for 2015 by over 25%, which feels fantastic. As we move into 2016, we do it with a sales force of over 20 sales people,  providing an increase in staff of approximately 300% since March. We soon will start sales in our second subsidiary, Kling Sortina, and are now recruiting in full to be able to launch this collection on a broad front in the beginning of 2016. Overall, the results exceeds our wildest expectations by far!

We have completed four very important charity projects during this short period of time and managed to involve the entire organization in all our initiatives. Plan Sweden, The Refugee-helpers on the Island Lesbos in Greece, “We do what we can”, Movember Foundation and now this last week the Swedish equivalent of the Make a Wish Foundation “Min Stora Dag”. All these great and important organizations we have chosen to support in various ways. It has truly been incredibly fun and rewarding to work with such diverse activities!

To lead and be part of the construction of the Kling Group is a fantastic journey where many different ages and people come together with the common effort to create the best and biggest company in the business. We have cried and laughed together and experienced amazing things during this short period of time. All purchases trips I’ve made have taken me at least one entire lap around the world in the past year and all the people we network with has given us incredible response to what we are trying to build together. The only way to build a strong business is to do it together where each part of the company is just as important. We firmly believe in openness, transparency and participation in what we do. Therefore, it is a privilege to share some of what we do every week in the blog where we describe how to build a brand from scratch.

When I try to summarize this first year, the word that first comes to mind is gratitude. Gratitude to all the fantastic suppliers who have believed in us and what we are trying to build. Gratitude to all those who follow and cheer us on through Facebook, this blog, Instagram and in other ways gives us the energy to try to get even better at what we do. A big thanks to our dynamic duo in the office, Henke and Nicke, who in every way have been invaluable in their diverse roles. Gratitude to all sellers who come rain or shine is working hard to build our brand to our lovely customers, without whom we would not stand a chance. In the end it is the customers who have chosen to do business with us which allows us to continue the construction of the Kling Group.

All these people are fantastic ambassadors for the Kling Group and help us every day in our belief that anything is possible with the right mindsetl. I can only humbly promise that we will continue to try to meet you all with heart, soul and professionalism and with the best products in the market!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

The next chapter in the Kling Group story

Kling Sortina is the second subsidiariy in the Kling group which will launch in the beginning of 2016. The concept is ingenious in its simplicity, with a focus on simplifying day for all employees at the workplace. When we developed the concept and the collection, the motto was efficiency, sorting and organizing with great focus on design and function. We have also developed products that are perfect to profile brands or businesses to clients.

We have worked hard on a new graphic profile for this new company which is similar to existing design but with its own distinctive identity. The work with the actual collection has proceeded in parallel with other work, and a number of invaluable contacts have been established with exciting suppliers, manufacturers, materials specialists and innovation prone partners.

We have been drowning in product samples during the past few months and tested the functionality and quality for dear life to be ready in time for launch. The end result, or really the start collection is beyond all expectations. We have, as far as possible, put our own touch on the products and succeeded in producing unique products of pristine quality!

When It is time to launch this new company the establishment and expansion rate must be in the same class as our first tadpole, Kling Cordena. Therefor we are now looking for the right people for this fun task. We are therefore looking for ambitious, talented, experienced and driven individuals who can be part of building this new company from scratch. We hope that we can attract the attention and interest to begin a long and rewarding partnership together!

We have already hired two sales people to Sortina, one in the northern parts of sweden and one in Uppsala. However, we also have need for skilled managers, product specialists, more sales staff and also by extension a suitable prospective sales manager! We have divided Sweden in 30 districts per company so in other words, there are great opportunities for those who wants to be a part of this from the start! The Kling Group is the industry’s fastest growing company and intends to continue on this path. We know where we want to be in 5 years, hopefully you know it too, so that we can help each other to get there together!
